Last updated: January 7, 2026

Informational translation: the French version remains the reference version for legal interpretation.

1. Purpose and Acceptance

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the conversational artificial intelligence software solution provided by Whatalead.

By accessing the service, the user accepts these terms without reservation.

2. Access and Technical Requirements

The service is provided as SaaS. To use it, the user must have a WhatsApp Business account or a valid number that can be connected to the WhatsApp Business API, an active internet connection and, where calendar synchronization is enabled, a Google account.

Important notice: Use of the service requires strict compliance with Meta and WhatsApp commercial rules. Misuse may lead to number restriction or suspension by Meta.

3. User Obligations

The user is solely responsible for how the service is used and undertakes to obtain required opt-ins, send lawful content only, protect account credentials and supervise automated conversations where necessary.

4. Limits of Artificial Intelligence

The service relies on large language model technologies. The user acknowledges that AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete or biased, and that human supervision may be required.

5. Liability and Third-Party Dependencies

Whatalead acts as a technical intermediary and cannot be held liable for suspensions imposed by third-party platforms, outages of external services, or data loss caused by misuse or negligent account security.

6. Intellectual Property

The user receives a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service. Copying, reverse engineering or reselling the service without authorization is prohibited.

7. Changes to the Terms

Whatalead may update these Terms of Use. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
