Google API Compliance: Whatalead uses data obtained from Google APIs only to provide and improve user-facing features. This use complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

This Privacy Policy describes how WHATALEAD SAS collects, uses and protects information processed through its conversational AI software solutions.

1. Data Collected

Depending on the services enabled by the customer, Whatalead may process contact information, WhatsApp conversation data, qualification answers, appointment information, technical logs and integration metadata.

Whatalead acts as a processor when processing end-customer data on behalf of its business customers.

2. Google Calendar Permissions

When calendar synchronization is enabled, Whatalead may request access to Google Calendar permissions strictly needed to read availability, create appointments and update booking information.

Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or transferred to third parties except where necessary to provide the requested service or comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Sharing and Technologies

The service may rely on third-party providers such as hosting providers, database services, WhatsApp Business API providers, AI model providers and calendar providers. These providers are used only to operate the service.

4. Security and Confidentiality

Whatalead applies reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect processed data, including access control, secure infrastructure and confidentiality commitments.

5. Your Rights

In accordance with applicable data protection laws, you may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data by contacting support@whatalead.com.
